A challenging project in an historic listed College.
Catershop undertook the supply and installation of this challenging project in an historic listed college. The challenge set was to install the very latest fuel efficient equipment in the basement of the main dining hall building. Although this was the site of the medieval kitchens, to meet current legislation the floor in the basement had to be lowered by half a metre.
Catershop managed all aspects of this difficult installation including the delivery of the equipment into the basement.
A modern attractive servery counter installed was provided on the ground floor adjacent to the main dining hall.
