For this demanding project Catershop worked closely with Baron Design in Cambridge to provide a state of the art front of house servery and restaurant kitchen capable of providing the full complement of foodservice requirements for the conference centre.
The installation featured a cantilever bespoke cooking island that was especially manufactured by Silko of Italy and including built in fryers, range tops, griddle plate and built in combination oven. Within the servery area we designed and manufactured a corian top servery with a decorative suspended lighting gantry that was hung from the ceiling. The result was stunning and gave the facility a real looking of quality and architectural style. Catershop love a challenge and this project really stretched our design and supply skills with a result that the whole team could be proud of.
