A difficult design test for this installation into a 500 year old listed building.

This Project is notable as one of our most difficult design tests to date.  Our brief was to design, supply and install a catering equipment facility that can produce 500 covers a day, for installation into a 500 year old grade listed building.

The overall project was designed and project managed in its entirety by our specialist in house team.  The kitchen has been designed around the very latest in cooking technology with the emphasis placed firmly on the ability to utilise energy derived from renewable resources.

The cookline consists of plancha chromed griddles and induction cooking suites.  Complimenting the cookline is a bank of Rational combination ovens.  The stainless steel preparation units on the project were manufactured on a cantilever style framework and finished with a decorative bull-nose rounded profile.
