Catershop were asked to provide a kitchen design which would cope with a busy 150 seat restaurant.
Catershop were asked by the owners of the restaurant to provide a kitchen design which would cope with a busy 150 seat restaurant providing the full range of Thai cuisine from the standard and A La Carte menu. The result was an efficient kitchen installation featuring a range of powerful gas equipment including chargrills, ranges and wok cookers all formed around a central cooking island with a supply air ventilation canopy and combined service wall. Catershop also improved the operation of the bar area within the restaurant by designing and manufacturing a new stainless steel underbar system.
