Catershop was approached to design and provide a new facility to replace the exiting fourth floor cafeteria. Our design team worked closely with the LSE’s catering manager and evolved the free flowing servery design which allows a wide range of salads and hot foods to be served to a large international customer base in a relatively short service period. The new servery also included a “theatre style” cooking section.
Catershop also redesigned and installed the kitchen and wash up facilities and a new cafe bar.
